Can I change or cancel my order?

Where does FANS ship?

FANS currently ships within Malaysia only.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, public holidays, peak periods and circumstances outside our control.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Currently, FANS does not accept returns or exchanges solely because of a change of mind. Please choose your model, colour and other product options carefully before placing your order.

What if my sunglasses arrive damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, issue description, clear photos/videos of the product, and packaging photos.

Will I receive a refund or replacement?

Where a genuine product defect or damage is confirmed, FANS will provide a replacement where reasonably available.

What if I accidentally damage my sunglasses?

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, modifications or normal wear and tear may not qualify for replacement.
