1. Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges solely due to a change of mind, including choosing the wrong style, colour or model, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review your product selection carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon delivery or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a genuine product defect is confirmed, FANS Merchandise Work will provide a replacement where reasonably available.

If replacement is not reasonably possible, another appropriate remedy may be offered in accordance with applicable law.

3. Reporting a Problem

• Clear photographs or video showing the problem
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant

We may request additional information to assess the issue.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Where a return is required for inspection or replacement, the product should be returned in its original condition together with relevant packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.

5. Approval

All replacement requests are subject to review and confirmation by FANS Merchandise Work.

We reserve the right to reject claims where the issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear or other circumstances unrelated to a defect existing at the time of supply, subject always to applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
